Katherine made this really neat quilt as a gift. I love the colors she used.
This second photo looks upside down but it is not--it's just how the quilt falls down the front of the frame creating that illusion.
I used a large echoed feathered swirl on this quilt--it's an edge to edge quilting design that adds lots of texture and movement. Quilting inspriation from Kathleen Riggins of

I'm sharing several photos because I just love how this turned out. I will definitely do this design again.
And you can see that I used the backing as inspiration in choosing this almost floral looking quilting design.
