This is a church quilt too, I like to quilt them in pairs, as then I can get 2 quilts on one piece of wide backing.
It got freehand filigree curls, reminds me of the curls on the old screen door at Grandma's house :) King Tut variegated thread on top.
Your filigree swirls are so pretty, I'm trying to get the motion of this look and it always stumps me! Perfect quilting for this quilt. Did you piece the quilt? Love the colour combo!
