Angela's Stars

Angela made these cute dotted stars for her Granddaughter.   The quilt was a kit from, I think, Connecting Threads.
Because of the dots I used a loops meander as my freehand Edge to Edge design.

Reports are the granddaughter loves her quilt!

Baby Quilts

I also quilted several baby quilts for our guilds donation quilts this summer.     Top photo is a ribbon meander.
This one got loops, and I didn't (at least not consciously) realize the backing had loops on it until I was done with the quilting.

E's and 3's on this cozy flannel quilt.

these pond creatures on the back look pretty happy
and this last one got some light custom quilting, have to keep myself entertained :)

Avignon Picnic and Batiki Argyle

Occasionally, a quilt gets sent home before I have a chance to grab a few photos.

Here's two of them that I only had a few iPhone photos.

Marilyn made this really cute Avignon Picnic quilt.  It was a Moda Bakeshop pattern by Andrea Harris.  I tried to link to the Moda Bakeshop page, but google couldn't find it for me.  Here's the pattern from when the Calgary Longarm Quilters made this pattern for a Heritage Park Group Entry.

I felt like I was being watched as I quilted :)  Aren't those owls cute?
And this is Ethel's latest Batiki Argyle, pattern by Debbie Bailey.  Ethel has made this quilt before, and decided to remake it, in purples and pinks.
