Yellow Brick Roads

If you've been reading this blog for any period of time, you'll have seen a lot of Yellow Brick Road Quilts.  We make them at the church for our quilting ministry, and here's 4 more that were done in the spring.

 This photo shows how I get two quilts on one backing--if you quilt them at the same time you can fit two 49-50" quilts on one 108" wide backing.
 This quilt below is a modified YBR pattern, and it got big enough without added borders.





 I never get tired of the batik fabrics we use in these quilts.


And this one below is also a modified YBR--Sandy had some smaller fabric pieces for this one, so she reduced the block size and decided to sash the blocks.
